Golden Mushroom
As I once again contemplated "what to do with my hair," My dear sweet Glitter-friend, in all her honesty, recently referred to my old hair color/style as looking like a golden mushroom. (Hmmm, let me rethink that "great friends" post of a few days ago. ) Just kidding, glitterbiatch! She ultimately likes my hair much more than I do. Is fake blonde really so bad? Lots of people do it. Afterall, natural is overrated these days. "Stop trying to grow it long and blonde!" I was bossed. Certain males, husband included, seem to like that. I call it the porn-star factor. More to grab on to etc ... If there is anyone out there who actually reads my ramblings, what do you think? Not on a personal Pixiechick note but in general, what is the best hair? Natural, blonde, ronald-mcdonald red? Tell me your preference. (artwork by E-dog!-he rocks!)

listen up bi-a-tch, you have lovely hair. naturally dark blonde and thick. i have total hair envy over this. you just need lots of blonde highlights which i will do tomorrow.
these are the hair rules we must live by: i cannot die my hair red (even though i want to really bad.) i have to stop cutting baby doll bangs (this last time it finally sunk in that they look dumb as hell.) you have always bossed me to grow my hair out a little, which i am trying to do. as for you, no bob. your hair is too thick and looks better with layers. and NO FAKE BLONDE.

ok. i always tend to think that you look best with layers, natural color, maybe a touch of highlights...if that doesn't excite you, than i am thinking, afro, circa 73. it's really not hard to achieve, over perm your hair, this shouldn't be hard, then, give it a nice roundish haircut....pick it and go. HOT.
and talk about porn star....
I say as long as you love it, who cares what anyone else thinks....try something and if you don't like it change it....I do have to admit I am for the highlites also.....

Okay, I get the point. Highlights it is. YES, you all know me better than myself! Even slipperypants likes the highlights ...thanks glittermom.
Yes always listen to your elders.....You don't have to do what they say, just listen....Even Jennifer listens then does what she wants...
